Nikki’s Coconut Butter 5 Amazing Flavors!
Guys, I need to share an addiction with you. I’m taking the first step today. My name is Rachael, and I’m addicted to Nikki’s Coconut Butter. Whoo. Feels so much better to get that off my chest so I can share this AWESOME giveaway with you!
My love affair with Nikki’s Coconut Butter started when I won another blogger’s contest and got two jars of my choosing sent to my door. I had been reading about Nikki’s on other blogs and seeing it all over Instagram and I was so psyched for it to arrive on my doorstep. If you haven’t heard of Nikki’s yet then you may be living under a rock, or you may just not follow every single paleo blogger like I do… Well, either way you need to be introduced, so allow me:

If you have never tried coconut butter before it is very simple to make as seen with my two recipes, Spiced Coconut Butter and Almond Joy Coconut Butter, BUT Nikki’s is still the best coconut butter I have ever tried, hands down. Their website states it perfectly here:

Now that you are acquainted, I will continue with my love story with Nikki’s. The two flavors I choose from the giveaway were Chocolate Hazelnut Brownie and Honey Pecan Pie. Let me tell you, both jars were gone in less than two weeks and I would say 90% was eaten directly out of the jar, with a spoon. Don’t judge because you would do the same thing! That good. Of the two flavors the Honey Pecan Pie was definitely my favorite but the Chocolate Hazelnut Brownie was also delicious! After being semi-depressed for a few days that my drug of choice was gone I was lucky enough that Nikki’s sent me a jar of their seasonal flavor to try so I could review it and provide a giveaway to all my lovely readers!

The seasonal flavor is Pumpkin Spiced Donut and oh my goodness, it is the best. I ate that one in less than a week and even used it to make the glaze on my Pomegranate Orange Paleo Donuts! It is the perfect combination of pumpkin spices and sweetness and doesn’t even actually contain pumpkin but tastes like it does! Absolutely my favorite so far!
